Since opening our doors in 1990, BALCO Uniform has grown from a small family-owned business in Williston, North Dakota, to a leading supplier of uniforms across the Country. Marti Liudahl’s leadership from 1995 set us on a path of growth and innovation, building lasting customer relationships that are still strong today.

In 2002, Marti’s son Jake and his wife Shawna joined the business, bringing fresh perspectives and passion. By 2004, the company transitioned ownership to Jake and Shawna, while proudly maintaining our Woman-Owned Business certification. In 2013, BALCO expanded with a second store in Bozeman, Montana. Despite the economic challenges that led to the closure of our Williston physical location in 2015, our commitment to serving customers has never wavered.
