Many pants come from the factory unhemmed.  The inseam length is typically 37" and when we hem, we need about 1.5" of fabric to turn up, leaving 35" about the longest we can make.  If we use hem tape, we can get a length of 36".  Beyond 36" we need more fabric on the pant.  If you choose 37" or 38", expect a call from us...
